2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon white pepper (black can be substituted)
½ teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
1½ pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into 4 – ½-inch strips
4 ounces fatback, cut into ½-inch pieces
