Preparation:

Wash, peel and grate the bottle gourd.
Squeeze the grated bottle gourd/Lauki to remove water.
Boil the milk in a separate pan.

500 ml milk
1 tablespoon clarified butter (ghee)
Sugar to taste
½ cup condensed milk
4 tablespoons desiccated coconut (nariyal bura)
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 cup sliced dry fruits as per your choice
