Mini Sour Cream Bundt Cakes filled with everything from chocolate chips to jam to cookie butter and sized perfectly to enjoy one of each flavor. Or two I don’t judge.

Serves: 18

Total time: 25 mins

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon granulated salt

¾ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup milk

½ cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
2 large eggs

1 generous cup jam, caramel, Nutella, cookie butter or other liquid type filling –OR-
2 cups any flavor chips, crushed candy bar, dried fruit or finely diced apple, nuts

Optional: sprinkle cakes with powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, cocoa or drizzle with caramel, chocolate, powdered sugar glaze etc.
