For the Bread:
2 cups (250g) plain/all-purpose flour
3/4 cup (150g) caster/granulated sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup (226ml) sour cream, room temperature
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (I used Callebaut Cocoa Powder)
For the Glaze:
1/2 cup (100g) chocolate chips
2 tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter
2 teaspoons light corn syrup/golden syrup
