For brushing:
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons water
For garnish:
Gradet nuts ((I used hazelnuts)
For glaze:
250 gr dark chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
100ml heavy cream
For filling:
Nutella, merenda or whatever praline you like
