Perepichka is a slightly salty fried bread. It's an ancient Ukrainian recipe and it always reminds me of my granny :-) When we (my sister, cousin and I) were small, granny used to fry this yummy for us and we were enjoying it with fresh milk. Even today granny loves to ''treat'' us with delicious perepichka and we are always happy for it! And yet, perepichka is perfect as a base for sandwiches -

1tsp dried yeast
2 eggs
3tbsp oil
2 cups warm milk
1tbsp sugar
1,5tsp salt
3 cups flour (probably you'll need a little more or less, it depends on the type of the flour)
