Ingredients
ONION RINGS:
1 large sweet onion
1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cornstarch
2 teaspoon baking powder
1½ tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning + a little more for sprinkling
1 bottle beer (I used Pale Ale)
3-4 cups vegetable or canola oil for frying
CREAMY LEMON DIPPING SAUCE:
½ cup mayonnaise
Zest from 1 lemon
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
