Semolina cake or Revani is another Greek traditional treat and it belongs in a very particular category of Greek sweets ta siropiasta as we say. Which means sweets with syrup. Juice from two lemons
Syrup
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
Zest from one lemon
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cinnamon sticks
