500gr farina (self-rising flour)
250gr butter
2 cups granulated sugar
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup cognac
Zest from 2 oranges
2 teaspoons vanilla powder
3 teaspoons mahlepi seeds
2 teaspoons Chios mastic
1 teaspoon baking powder
Optionally you can add roasted almonds or walnuts
White chocolate frosting
250gr white chocolate
150ml milk
3 tablespoons butter
100gr whipped cream
