Most of the time, I use chocolate for my cakes, but this time , thought of making coffee vanilla cake , which believe me, came out super soft and super delicious.
For frosting , instead of butter cream, I used egg whites. Egg whites are whipped and then boiling sugar syrup is added slowly in it, to give it complete white look and smooth creamy texture.
