10 cloves, ground
For the Lebkuchen:
150 grams or 7 tablespoons honey
50 grams or 1/4 cup sugar
50 grams or 1/4 cup butter
zest of 1/2 lemon
1/2 egg
1 1/2 tablespoon Lebkuchen spice mix
1/4 teaspoon potash (Kaliumkarbonat) or baking soda
1/4 teaspoon hartshorn (baker's ammonia) or 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon water
