1/2 cup golden caster sugar (In USA & Canada, use brown sugar)
3 ripe bananas, roughly chopped
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp rolled oats
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Toffee Topping:
¼ cup light brown muscovado sugar (Try brown sugar if you can’t find this one)
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter (room temperature)
3 tbsp milk
2 cups powdered sugar
