Perfect fall comfort-food — mushroom, parsley, cream & toasted walnut for these delicious and easy turnovers

Ingredients

Serves 2

200-300g linguini pasta
2-3 medium-sized porcini, (app. 200g raw)
3 tbsp crème fraîche
1-2 tbsp olive oil or duck fat
2 garlic cloves, peeled & chopped
fresh parsley, chopped
chicken stock, to boil the pasta
20-30g parmesan cheese, grated
fleur de sel & black pepper
