1 tablespoon Calvados, apple brandy or white rum
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
1 cup + 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, divided
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 egg yolks
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract Powdered sugar, for dusting
