2/3 cup Buttermilk (or 2/3 cup Milk + 1 tsp White Vinegar)
Filling:
11/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Cinnamon
Crumb Topping:
1 cup cold Butter (cut in 1 tbsp pieces)
21/4 cup Flour
11/2 tbsp Cinnamon
13/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
