Chop chicken into strips or small pieces.
Peel and cut up the orange into bite size pieces.
Cut up the cucumber.
Mix all together and drizzle with olive oil.
NOTES
The cucumber is not in Dr. Oz's original recipe, we add this in for more flavor.
You could use canned low sodium chicken in a pinch.
