1 cup of peach preserve
3 tbsp of rice vinegar
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp of soya sauce
1 tsp of roasted red chili peppers
1 tsp of red chili flakes
1 cup of panko bread crumbs
3/4 cup of flour
2 eggs (beaten)
2 tbsp of water
