Okra pickled with dill, apple cider vinegar, and garlic. Such a great way to use a bunch of extra okra.

Ingredients

Total Time: 12 hr 40 min

7 (1-pt.) canning jars
2 1/2 pounds small fresh okra
7 small fresh chile peppers (1 pepper per jar)
7 garlic cloves (1 clove per jar)
2 tablespoons plus 1 tsp. dill seeds (1 tsp. per jar)
4 cups white or apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup sugar
