21/2 -3 pounds chicken skinned thighs cut in bite-sized pieces
½ teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
½ cup canola oil
2-3 tablespoon curry powder
1 large onion diced
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1-teaspoon ground nutmeg spice
11/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
11/2 fresh or dried thyme
11/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1-teaspoon cumin spice
1-teaspoon white pepper.
1 can of chickpeas, drained
2 cups of cubed potatoes
1-tablespoon bouillon chicken powder
3-4 cups chicken broth/water
½-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper( optional)
Salt to taste
