1 cup of sugar
1 cup of good quality cocoa powder (we used Ghirardelli)
2 cups of unbleached flour
1 soup spoon of baking soda

Coconut cream:
1 can condensed milk
200 grams shaved coconut (unseeweted)
1/2 can of coconut milk
