Garlic Jalapeno Basil Pull Apart Bread is a delicious bread loaf with a cheesy garlic filling that my family loves to have. This bread is easy to prepare and can be served for lunch/breakfast/dinner. Its also a perfect pairing for entree’s prepared during holidays.

Ingredients
For bread dough:
Milk – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 2 tsp
Active dry yeast – 2 1/4 tsp or 7 g
Olive oil – 1/3 cup
All purpose flour – 3 cups
Salt – 3/4 to 1 tsp
Water – 1/3 cup
For filling:
Basil leaves- 3/4 cup chopped finely
Parmesan cheese – 1/2 cup ( + 1/4 cup optional for topping)
Swiss cheese – 1/2 cup
Butter – 1/2 stick (4 tbsp softened to room temperature)
Garlic – 10 cloves
Jalapeno – 1
