3 eggs

Lemon Filling:
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup corn starch
6 egg yolks
11/2 cups water
2 lemons, zested & juiced
1 tablespoon butter

Meringue:
4 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/3 cup sugar
