Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks/ 220 g) unsalted sweet cream butter, softened
3/4 cup (150 g) granulated sugar
3/4 cup (175 g) light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) pure vanilla extract
21/3 cups (292 g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (100 g) graham cracker crumbs (about 6 graham crackers, well-crushed)
2 tsp (8.5 g) cornstarch
1 tsp (4 g) baking soda
1/4 tsp (1 g) salt
2 cups (80 g) mini marshmallows
5 milk chocolate bars (about 2 cups, 565 g), broken into small pieces
(milk chocolate chips would also be sufficient as a substitute, but I would recommend increasing the amount used to ensure an adequate amount of chocolate in each bite)
