1/2 onion, finely diced
1 garlic clove, minced
8 oz. cremeni mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of white wine
2 1/2 cups of beef stock
1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Vegetable oil, for pan frying (about 2 cups)

2 large eggs (plus two tablespoons of water)
