1 clove of garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
1/4 cup of pine nuts
1 green chilli, chopped (seeds removed first if you don’t like it too hot)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup grated parmesan
good pinch of salt and pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
Shrimp:
1 tbsp oil
16 raw shrimp/king prawns – deveined and heads/tails removed
Large pinch ground black pepper
1 large clove garlic, peeled and minced
To Serve:
1 cup of fresh baby spinach (packed)
1 cup of watercress (packed)
Wedges of lemon
