Ginger ½ inch piece
Tomato 1
Green Chillies 3
Mint leaves 3-4(can be more)
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon(or powder)
Dried coriander 1 Teaspoon(or powder)

Other Ingredients:
Tinday 400 Gms
Bay leaf 1
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves 2-3
Oil 2 Tablespoon
