2 -4 tablespoons berry syrup
2 tablespoons wine syrup (optional)
1/2 cup berries
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup wine
1/4 cup sugar
4 ounces chocolate chips
1/8 teaspoon powdered cayenne pepper (optional)
