For the Masala Powder:

Cardamoms – 6 to 7
Black Cardamoms – 2
Star Anise – 2
Black Peppercorns – 2 tsp
Coriander Seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Saunf – 1 tsp
