2 jalapeno peppers
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon hot smoked Spanish paprika (if you don't have smoked or hot, that's fine, just use more regular paprika)
1 and 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 and 1/2 tablespoons white wine
3 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
To serve:
Cooked rice, noodles, taco shells, etc.
Chopped cilantro
