Ingredients
For the crust:
24 Oreos (I used these gluten free oreos)
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
For the filling:
5 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1/4 cup corn starch
1/2 cup white sugar
2 cups milk (non dairy milk also works. I have used the coconut milk from the carton with great results.)
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups chocolate chips (I used half milk chocolate and half semi-sweet, but any combo is fine)
Whipped cream and/or chocolate curls (optional)
Preparation
