4 Tbsp raisins
2 Tbsp kirsch schnaps
1 1/2 Cups (250g) flour, very fine (Zopfmehl)
1/2 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp sugar
1 stick (120g) Butter, diced
1 Egg
1-2 Tbsp water

For the Filling:
2 Eggs, separated
1/3 Cup (75g) sugar
1 Lemon, zest
0.8 Cup (2dl) cream
1 Tbsp cornstarch
3/4 Cup (100g) ground almonds
