250 grammes pitted dates, cut into small pieces
175ml water
100ml semi skimmed milk
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
85 grammes butter
150g soft brown sugar
2 large eggs
175 grammes self raising flour
1 tbsp treacle
Sticky Toffee Sauce Ingredients:
175 grammes muscovado sugar
50 grammes butter
250ml double cream
