Very moist carrot Bundt Cake - perfect for Easter, or any special occasion.

Cake:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons cinnamon
20 ounces can crushed pineapple drained
3 large eggs
¾ cup buttermilk
1 ½ cup sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 tablespoons pineapple juice
2 cups finely shredded carrots

Frosting:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon soft butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup M&M’s® Carrot Cake
