2 tablespoons corn starch
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
1 tablespoon brandy
1 tablespoon truffle oil (optional)
freshly grated nutmeg
cooked steak cubes + assorted veggies, for serving
Crispy Garlic Butter Croissants:
6 large croissants, sliced into sticks
6 tablespoons butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/4 cup basil, chopped
