33 caramel squares (or see caramel sauce recipe below*)
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup butter (melted)
3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 tbsp vanilla (optional since I forgot it entirely)
1 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 tsp sea salt

Caramel Sauce:
1 cup sugar
150ml cream
4 tbsp butter
