Cream cheese frosting:
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
¼ cup coconut cream
1 cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Finish:
2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
