2 cups of gluten free flour mix (add 2 tsp. of xantham powder if there is none in your mix)
13/4 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa (heaping)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp sea salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup butter milk
1 cup coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Frosting:
1 stick melted butter
1/2 cup cocoa
3 cups of powdered sugar
6 tbsp cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
