1 28 oz. box crushed tomatoes (I used Pomi)
1/2 C. white wine (opt.)
salt & pepper
1/2 C. grated Pecorino Romano cheese
1 box linguini, bucatini or spaghetti
Garnish: chopped parsley, if desired
