1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons (175g/6.2 oz.) granulated sugar
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest (from 1-2 lemons)
1/2 cup (1 stick/113g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream (or whole milk)
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Glaze:
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk, plus more as needed
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
