1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 vanilla bean (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)

Eggnog Cheesecake Layer Ingredients:
2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 vanilla bean (or 1 tsp pure vanilla extract)
3/4 cup full fat eggnog
2 eggs
