2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
41/2 cups white whole wheat flour (all-purpose works, too)
2 cups pecan halves
3/4 cup brown sugar, not packed
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup very soft unsalted butter
3 cups powdered sugar
11/2 tablespoons bourbon
11/2 tablespoons maple
4 tablespoons eggnog
