1 organic lemon
4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour
3.5 oz. (100g) lowfat quark (curd cheese)
1/2 cup (125g) butter, room temperature
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
pinch of salt
1 1/8 cup (250g) butter, melted
1 1/3 cup (200g) confectioner’s sugar
