1/2 tsp Salt
4+ TBSP Chilled Water

Pie:
10-12 Apples (granny smith, cameos or fujis are good)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 C Sugar
Zest of 1 Lemon

Topping:
1/2 C Sugar
3/4 C Flour
1/2 C Butter
