3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
4 oz. Challenge Dairy Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp sugar
Oil for frying
1/3 cup cinnamon sugar, optional
whip cream, optional (but highly recommended)
