1 lb cooked chicken (You can boil it or buy it precooked.)
1 lb cooked turkey sausage
1 lb cooked salad shrimp (I use frozen.)
2 cups white rice
14 oz low sodium chicken broth
1 small onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium tomato, diced
1 bay leaf (fresh or dried)
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp low sodium Worcestershire sauce
