1 egg yolk + 2 tbsp water for egg wash

2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 ½ tsp garlic, crushed
1/3 cup mayo
2 tbsp sour cream
¼ tsp black pepper, ground
¼ tsp salt
1 scallion, chopped
2 tbsp dried cranberries, chopped
¼ cup candied walnuts, finely chopped
