A classic Moroccan pastry with almonds and honey. Excellent with a mint tea!

10 brick pastry sheets or fill pastry
2 cups / 250 g shelled almonds
1/3 cup / 70 g brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp orange blossom water
5 cardamom seeds

For the topping
7 tbsp honey
2 tbsp orange blossom water
½ cup / 50 g sesame seeds
