Yield: 4 cups of dip

1/2 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix; I use Libby’s)
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (I use fat-free), divided
1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup marshmallow cream (such as Fluff)
