Crunchy sliced Fried Apples that are served at breakfast (usually) with cinnamon and sugar, or like a side dish with pork or chicken meat.

4 large Granny smith apples - peeled, cored and sliced into 1/2 inch thick rings
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup water
4 cups oil for frying, or as needed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons white sugar
