1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

Glaze:

1 heaping cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or seeds from 1 large vanilla bean; 1 tablespoon vanilla extract may be substituted)
